How long does a shipment take?
Normally, orders are processed and shipped in no more than 1-2 business days. When delivering within the US, typically, it takes 3–7 business days for the shipment to reach the buyer.
Can I track my shipment?
We provide a tracking number for every order to ensure you are well-informed as your package moves toward you. You will have received an email confirmation, including a tracking number. You will be able to check up on the status of your parcel and estimate its arrival time.
Return and Refund
Can I return the item?
Yes, you can. You are not required to complete any of the formalities for your return. The sales policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund, or exchange it for a new one without a refund.
